Head of Translational Theranostics

David Knorr, MD, PhD, MSc serves as Head of Translational Theranostics at Mariana Oncology, where he leads the company’s translational strategy for radioligand therapies and theranostics. He partners across research, development, imaging, and data science to guide portfolio decisions, biomarker strategies, and clinical development plans that accelerate the delivery of innovative cancer medicines to patients.

Prior to Mariana, Dr. Knorr held roles at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and The Rockefeller University. He is a board-certified medical oncologist and physician-scientist with extensive experience advancing novel oncology therapeutics from preclinical development through clinical proof of concept.

Dr. Knorr earned his MD and PhD from the University of Minnesota and an MSc in Clinical Investigation from The Rockefeller University.
