Kirsten joined Mariana Oncology in 2021 and serves as Head of Operations, overseeing Facilities and Lab Operations as well as Information Technology. She brings more than a decade of biotechnology experience spanning bench research and progressively senior roles in Research Operations, giving her a deep, practical understanding of the day‑to‑day needs of scientific teams.

At Mariana, Kirsten has applied her people‑ and science‑focused approach to the buildout and operationalization of each company site, partnering closely with research, development, and manufacturing groups from design through execution.

Prior to joining Mariana Oncology, Kirsten spent six years at CRISPR Therapeutics, beginning in bench research before transitioning into Operations. She holds an MS from Virginia Tech and a BA from Dartmouth College.
