Manami serves as Chief of Staff at Mariana Oncology, where she partners with executive leadership to drive strategic priorities, organizational alignment, and operational excellence. She brings nearly 20 years of experience spanning drug discovery and development, portfolio management, and R&D leadership. As a trusted advisor to scientific leaders, she has helped shape research portfolios, guide strategic decision-making, and build scalable processes and teams to support innovation and growth.

Prior to joining Mariana Oncology, Manami held roles of increasing responsibility at Enanta Pharmaceuticals, ImmunoGen, and Merck. She received her PhD in Chemistry from Boston College and her BS in Chemistry from the University at Buffalo.
