Stephen joined Mariana Oncology in February 2024 and serves as Vice President and Site Head of GxP Quality Assurance, responsible for developing the Quality Management System and ensuring data integrity compliance. Stephen has over 25 years of small molecule biotech and pharmaceutical experience, that includes a variety of manufacturing and quality related roles of increasing responsibility.

Prior to joining Mariana Oncology, he served as Global Head of GxP Quality Assurance at Theseus Pharmaceuticals, Epizyme, and BIND Therapeutics where he built Quality Assurance organizations supporting oncology programs that spanned the development spectrum from pre-clinical studies to post commercial launch.
